This project involved the refurbishment of the fifth floor of a prestigious office building located within the City. The works included for the stripping out of all tenant installed data and communications and the renewal of all finishes. Given the location of the property access and waste disposal were key issues for the project, which having been fully considered from the outset were dealt with effectively.
