Design and Build of purpose built workshops and office accommodation
In accordance with the employers requirements we provided a building of steel framed construction with a combination of brick and blockwork walls, with insulated preformed cladding and roof panels. The structure bears upon a power floated structural floor slab incorporating a pad and ring beam foundation. The building was fitted out to provide general repair bays and two storey office facilities with canteen, stores, changing rooms and a toilet/ablution facility.
The finished building is a quality unit promoting the Clients business with the most up to date equipment for the repair and re-spraying of commercial vehicles together with modern accommodation for the welfare of their employee’s.
