Situated within a large industrial estate the unit required extensive external and internal refurbishment works following the exit of a long term tenant. Have being awarded the works following a tender and pre qualification process we worked diligently to ensure that all works were undertaken in accordance with instructions. We fully acknowledged the fact that the works had to be carried out diligently in line with the tenant’s dilapidations obligations in order that the full cost of the works could be recovered by the landlord.
