We have been involved in a number of high street shop units that have required works ranging from minor maintenance through to complete franchisee fit out. The works have often involved the installation of specialist equipment and we have ensured that all these works have been undertaken in accordance with the required standards. In instances with have assisted the franchisee with the design element of the contract ensuring all access requirements are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with current guidelines.
