Redevelopment of High Street retail warehouse
This project involved the redevelopment of a high street retail unit within the heart of Henley’s historic town centre. The scope of works included the careful demolition of the sheet clad timber frame structure formerly used as warehouse storage, and the construction of a new live green roof system supported by steel beams that bear off the party walls. Considerable restoration works were also undertaken to the Grade II listed building towards the front of the site.
During the course of the project continual liaison with the clients design team and legal representatives ensured that the tenants long stop date for occupation was successfully achieved.
