Traditional Contract

Design & Build

A number of design and build projects have been based on client supplied performance specifications and drawings. We work hard from the very early stages to ensure that the employers' requirements are fully met.

Partnering

We have often worked with the design team from the outset to develop a project with an outcome that is fully satisfactory to the client and is on or below budget.

Negotiation

Many of our existing clients choose to directly negotiate, particularly where timescales constraints exist. By fully understanding the value engineering process we can ensure a project is completed within budget and on programme.
